ADVANTAGES OF USING PTC HEATING TECHNOLOGY:

Special properties of PTC based heaters make them a safe,reliable and cost effective choice, as compared to traditional resistance wire wound heaters. These
are built using specially doped ceramics, whose properties can be precisely controlled during the manufacturing process, similar to semiconductors. This gives
the PTC heating element longer life and high energy efficiency. PTC elements do not burn any oxygen, unlike wire heaters, hence are very safe to use. The self
limiting PTC property of the element does not allow for overheating, hence limiting the current flow beyond limit.
