DISC SERIES : T40 T10 T16 T17 T31 Bimetal thermostats are manufactured in factory set switch temperatures with a sealed hermetic body construction built for chassis mounting. • Compact disc thermostats with excellent vibration endurance • Small body size offers increased thermal sensitivity • Can be built in Auto-Reset or Manual Reset • Temperature range of 20°C up to 270°C (model dependent) for heating equipments • Lower temperature range of -20°C for refrigeration equipments • Special clip-on feature for pipe temperature measurement • Operational voltage ratings of 5-24VDC or 110V to 250VAC • Operational current ratings of 5A, 10A, 16A & 25A (model dependent) • Outer body built from SS/Aluminum/Brass with thermoplastic base and silver plated contacts • Dielectric strength of > 1500VAC for 1 min • Switch life of >1,00,000 cycles for auto reset models • UL approved (select models) APPLICATION AREAS: Coffee makers, Kitchen appliances like Dish washers, Driers and Hot plates, Industrial heaters, Rectifiers, DC motors, Industrial ovens, Pipe monitoring for liquid flow temperature

CAPILLARY SERIES : RC RFR TA Mechanical bimetal thermostats with capillary tube or bulb for use in heating & refrigeration equipments. • Double action thermostat for use in freezers • Adjustable temperature ranges of between -10°C to -25°C, +1°C to -25°C and +4°C to -22°C • Capillary tube thermostats for industrial heating equipments with adjustable temperature ranges of 20°C to 120°C, 40°C to 190°C and 50°C to 320°C • Standard operational voltage of 250VAC. Other voltages on request. • Current ratings of 16A and 25A • Option for solder tab or screw connection • Stainless steel capillary tube for excellent corrosion protection • Switch contact life of > 6000 cycles • Dielectric strength of 2000VAC for 1 min APPLICATION AREAS: Standard freezers and Industrial heating systems
